Service Description

Ease into your day with mindfulness and compassion. Reawaken your whole self and align with nature's cycles as you reconnect the body, mind, and spirit. Empower yourself with gentle pranayama, slow stretching, and mindful movement designed to improve embodiment, reduce stress, and build resiliency while gently cultivating energy for the day ahead. The 60-minute session ends with an optional 15-minute intention setting and a community share. All are welcome in this trauma-informed, body-neutral space regardless of race, gender, sexuality, ability, mobility, size, experience, religion, socioeconomic class, etc. The class is accessible to all levels and abilities with many opportunities to tune in and choose the forms that suit you in the moment. If you feel you would benefit from this service but truly cannot afford the sliding scale, please reach out. If you have special requests or need accommodations or modifications you are encouraged to DM Kristi in the Zoom chat to let her know as the usual "check-in" will take place at the end of class when everyone is more awake.
