For me, mindfulness and intention spark magic. And ritual, when repeated regularly, increases the magical power. There are a whole other host of benefits to adding more ritual into daily living that will no doubt become a future post or video. Right now, I'm inviting you into a ritual that is almost never missed - making my morning cup of coffee.
This particular video focuses on how I make a pour-over mug of coffee for myself, enhanced with some spices for flavor, health, and magic of course. I also apply the same ideas to a French Press brew if I'm making coffee for the household. Whether you too are a coffee person or more of a tea drinker, it all just comes down to being fully present in the moment and being intentional as you add your ingredients and as they steep.
